我用了3.7.3.1没办法发送到新浪其余的全部可以。

       我的邮箱是没办法发送到新浪，但是可以收到新浪发过来的。其他的现在测试了163 、goole、qq 、china 、yahoo、都可以。

How I am searching:
Asking a.root-servers.net for 12.123.123.123.in-addr.arpa PTR record:  
       a.root-servers.net says to go to ns1.apnic.net. (zone: 123.in-addr.arpa.)
Asking ns1.apnic.net. for 12.123.123.123.in-addr.arpa PTR record:  
       ns1.apnic.net [202.12.29.25] says to go to dns1.fz.fj.cn. (zone: 123.123.in-addr.arpa.)
Asking dns1.fz.fj.cn. for 12.123.123.123.in-addr.arpa PTR record:  Reports that no PTR records exist [from 202.101.98.54].

Answer:
No PTR records exist for 123.123.123.12. [Neg TTL=86400 seconds]

Details:
dns1.fz.fj.cn. (an authoritative nameserver for 123.123.in-addr.arpa., which is in charge of the reverse DNS for 123.123.123.12)
says that there are no PTR records for 123.123.123.12.

To get reverse DNS set up for 123.123.123.12, you need to speak to your Internet provider.  You could also
check with root@dns.fz.fj.cn., who is in charge of the 123.123.in-addr.arpa. zone.

    他们可以发新浪的邮件。

这个测试的结果是和我一样的，一个字不差。 （后面的IP地址是和我不一样的，这个我知道改一下在进行测试）测试的结果是和我一样的 就是我的怎么发不了。

你可以在早上给他们发个邮件,他在中午的时候就会回复给你.而且回复快,就像我们用聊天工具聊天那样.
    服务态度还不错,对他们客气点.
