Norton Antivirus For Exchange Server扫描出错

请问诸位老大，我安装完NAV FOR EXCHANGE后，只要收到病毒邮件，ADMINISTROR就会发一个这样主题的邮件Norton AntiVirus failed to scan an attachment in a message you received.然后发现日志里面老是有一个navesp.exe的服务重启，请问是什么问题。

我把扫描模式从VSAPI2.0换到MAPI就没有错误了，但是发现有邮件无法收到的情况。<br>
