请提供一下你安装的具体步骤和服务器的详细设置情况。

原因找到了，在C:\ 有Exchange2003的安装日志，显示光盘一些文件读不出来！实在可恶，在安装过程中根本没有提示！<br>
还有要注意的是，Project 2003 Server 不能与Exchange 2003安装在同一台服务器上！否则两种服务运行都有问题！这一点已向微软确认！<br>
