请教发送邮件问题

我们公司采用exchange2000作为邮件服务器，目前内部员工收、发邮件均正常，这台邮件服务器在isa防火墙后面，在isa中已经发布了该邮件服务器的25和110端口，但是员工在家里用outlook采用smtp方式发信时报错，具体为：The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'songyancai@tomgroup.com'. Subject 'fdgdf', Account: 'mail.greatom.com', Server: '203.212.6.140', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for songyancai@tomgroup.com', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79，请教各位大侠如何解决？
