这个垃圾邮件该如何防啊。

老是收到类似的垃圾邮件，而且其发件IP好像每次都不同。我该如何做啊，win2003+EXCHANGE2003
在不改变IMF的前提下（如果改了我的正常邮件可能收不到，已经使用了RBL)
软件内容如下：
