Exchange2000与Active Directory errors

我有一台域成员服务器运行平台为windows2000 sp4 和exchange 2000 sp3

每次出现故障后,客户端不能登陆exchange server 2000,在该服务器上也无法打开"dsa.msc"插件.不能查看任何共享,在我重新启动该服务器后exchange功能,共享,dsa.msc恢复正常,但出现以下日志.该故障大概2到3天出现一次;
该服务器我能确定:
1>网络连接正常,因为可以正常ping.
2>DNS设置没有问题.
3>在出现故障之前没有特别的错误日志出现

15:55:59  Application  UserEnv  1000 Windows cannot establish a connection to mydomain.co.uk with (1364)
15:55:59  Application  UserEnv  1000 Windows cannot query for the list of Group Policy objects . A message that describes the reason for this was previously logged by this policy engine
15:58:10  Application  MSExchangeDSAccess  2102  (Can't reproduce the message, it was about MAD.EXE)
16:00:59  Application  UserEnv  1000 Windows cannot establish a connection to mydomain.co.uk with (1364)
16:00:59  Application  UserEnv  1000 Windows cannot query for the list of Group Policy objects . A message that describes the reason for this was previously logged by this policy engine
16:01:14  Application  MSExchangeSA 9154  (Can't reproduce the message)
16:02:03  System    DhcpServer  1053 (Said the DHCP wasn't authorized, but it is!)
16:03:00  Application  MSExchangeIS Mailbox Store  7200  (Can't reproduce the message)
16:03:24  System    MrxSmb 3034 The redirector was unable to initialize security context or query context attributes.
                              (There were 3 more errors in the Application log here, by now just showing that things are falling apart)
16:06:01  Application  UserEnv 1000    Windows cannot determine the user or computer name. Return value (1747).

已经发生了两个星期,还没有解决办法,我想把他升级到windows2003+exchange2003看能否解决

升级到exchange2003还是不能解决该问题;
有什么办法呀?
