contacts can not show in address book

As you can see this is for some users when they set up outlook with first profile (also this could happen to users who reinstall OS for PC by starting the first profile) Though it won’t affect mail sending & receiving, however this could cause users can not choose contacts from personal address book , Coz there is no such item of below So may I know if you met this issue at your site? Though rebuilding profile or outlook D can fix this, however it takes our supporting people time and efforts. Have you met this before or heard it?

Sure if your customor use pop3/smtp mode set mail profile. Here are some sulotion:
1. In Outlook Express, you can let your customor find people within "AD". Office Outlook too.
2. reset mail profile use exchange mode.
