向hotmail等外国发送邮件倍拒

最近向hotnail，gmail发送邮件总是被拒，提示如下：
zXX0@hotmail.com 日期 2007-9-12 8:42
  收件人电子邮件服务器出现 SMTP 通信问题。请与系统管理员联系。

查了许多资料，说需要反向解析和加spf
我们的域名是托管的，打电话给托管公司竟然都不知道什么是spf和反向解析，气人
请问各位大虾这种问题怎么解决？
是否由于ptr和spf的原因?
如果是，必须让托管公司作ptr和spf么

反向解析要找ISP做的，与域名提供商无关。
