一些outlook2003收到某个Notes用户来信，结果变成html原代码

大家好！小弟有一个问题请教，如下所示，一些outlook2003收到某个Notes用户来信，结果变成html原代码。请问高手有无类似的经验，是Notes问题，还是outlook问题，或者conversion 的mailx.box有问题。这种情况很少，但是出现在某个notes用户身上。谢谢指点。
