在4月中旬后我们公司到德国一个客户的邮件出了问题，他们发过来的邮件都被退回，而我们发给他们的都没有问题。
我们是使用Exchange2003做的邮件服务器。已经添加他们的邮件服务器IP地址到接收列表。
他们退信的记录显示，是德国的一个网关拒绝了他们邮件。有没有熟悉这种情况的？
