Exchange2003中转发至外部邮箱问题(谁碰到过)

UserA,UserB,UserC三个Exchange邮箱用户(UserA@abc.com,UserB@abc.com,UserC@abc.com),
同时建立该三个有外部邮件地址联系人(UserA@xyz.com,UserB@xyz.com,UserC@xyz.com),

一,分别设置UserA,UserB,UserC转发到各自外部地址,

二,当在内部用户发送邮件至此三人UserA不能收到信件,但另外两人能收到,
邮件没有到达某些或全部的预定收件人。
错误信息是:
主题: Test
发送时间: 2008-9-11 21:58
无法到达以下收件人:
UserA，时间为 2008-9-11 21:59
电子邮件系统无法传递此邮件，但未报告具体原因。请检查邮件地址，然后重新发送。如果再次失败，请与系统管理员联系。

三,当英特网用户发送邮件至此三人,
错误信息是:
The following message to <UserB@xyz.com> was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:
5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'Requested mail action not taken: Invalid IP'

The following message to UserA@xyz.com was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:
5.1.2 - Bad destination host 'DNS Hard Error looking up berstoff.com.cn (MX):  NXDomain'

四,直接发到[email=UserA@xyz.com,UserB@xyz.com,UserC@xyz.com]UserA@xyz.com,UserB@xyz.com,UserC@xyz.com[/email],是没有问题,

真是郁闷死了?

1，内部不能发USERA发的情况，我建议你用邮件跟踪中心去查一下邮件出了什么问题。
2.三和四没看明白。再详细说一下。

对于一，钉子的建议不错；
对于四，不知道你们是否就是berstoff.com.cn,从我这里是没法解析的；检查下DNS解析是否正常？？
