公司的exchange2003服务器不能给hotmail发邮件了，但是可以收到从hotmail发来的邮件。
邮件跟踪显示的结果是邮件到了 message routed and queued for remote delivery 这步后就没有反应了
start outbound transfer of message这步不再执行。
等一段时间后会收到退信
