安装exchange server 2003 问题

我在虚拟机（windows server 2003 sp2）上安装exchange server 2003，
已经确认安装了下列windows组件：
 .NET Framework
 ASP.NET
 Internet 信息服务 (IIS)
 World Wide Web Publishing 服务
 简单邮件传输协议 (SMTP) 服务
 网络新闻传输协议 (NNTP) 服务
并且确认：ASP.NET -〉允许
               相应服务已启动
接下来执行：
e:\E3SP1ENG\setup\i386\setup /forestprep
出现对话框：please go the the control panel to install and configure system components

不知还缺什么windows组件 或 漏了什么设置，请高人解答！
