winwebmail 国外只能收不能发

老板最近在意大利出差,发现邮件职能收不能发,但是在国内是可以收发的,请问是哪里出问题了.

Put a correct mane or IP (Provided by the ISP) into the outgoing server (SMTP) field, if your boss using a non webmail system.
