MR/1 系统特色:
1. 利用MR/1 DEVICE 设计成一Framerelay Switch , 提供 Router 设备一条Framerelay 线路.
2. MR/1 会将 Router 之 Serial Wan Port 的所有 Traffic (含 IP, IPX, Bridge, Async等等..)合并封装 成 IP 封包, 如此就可以在 Internet 上传输.
3. 透过 Internet 传输时, 两端有合法 IP 即可.
4. 若用户已有 Cisco Router 用专线或Framerelay 两端互相联机, 架构此设备等同于多取得一条 Framerelay 线路, 可当作自动备援电路.
5. 当然也可以利用来做 Mail/FTP/Voice/视讯等Traffic 的传输, 分散原有专线的流量. ERP 可使用原有的专线, 取得稳定不受其它 Traffic干扰的品质.
6. 线路费用低廉, 如果使用后, 觉的品质良好, 甚至可取代原有较昂贵的专线.
7. 封包封装上Internet 后, 已非一般的IP 数据传输, 不用担心封包遭篡改, 或病毒侵入.
8. MR/1 也可当作一般 Router使用, 可以具备三个 V.35 T1/E1 的Wan Port.
