为什么不能创建公共文件夹？（紧急）<br>

当我在exchange的系统管理器中添加公共文件夹时，右击“public folders”，“new -> public folder”后，可是系统没任何反应，就好象我什么都没做一样。反复几次，都一样，服务器重启后也是同样效果。<br>
<br>
我的exchange2000是安装在单域环境中（在DC上），安装时没出现错误提示，一切较正常。<br>
<br>
并且我也查看了事件日志，上面的确有几条跟exchange有关的内容，摘抄如下：（请大家帮帮我，非常急）<br>
